First published by us in May 2000, this book has played an important role in our training programmes in both developed and developing markets. A completely new revised edition was published by John Wiley in September 2003. The outline of the new edition can be seen here.

Regulation of Collective Investment Funds

Cadogan has written a comprehensive manual for regulators of collective investment funds in Egypt, Russia and Uganda which describes key regulatory activities under each domestic legislative framework and includes examples of reporting formats together with advice on how to analyse them (refer Chapter headings).  This book has only been formally published in Russia and is not now publicy available.
